Opiniones

My mother is there and is very happy. The people are very friendly and the food seems very good.

Hello! My mom has been at this residence for over four years, and I can only speak highly of the place and its people. The center is magnificent, with private rooms (all of them) and a wonderful garden. But the best thing... the staff. Kind, smiling, caring, and active! (I'm using the feminine form because they are mostly women, but I haven't forgotten the men). You couldn't ask for more, and I want to express my gratitude to this wonderful team and also to the family members who bring so much joy.

They reviewed my mother's case for admission and approved it. They kindly and patiently waited for us to consider it, although we ultimately decided to wait a little longer. The social workers, Sandra and Beatriz, were empathetic and understood our situation. I found the facilities welcoming, very clean, and perfectly adapted for people with functional impairments.

Excellent service from all staff levels. Clean, tidy, comfortable, and warm. Only women welcome; recreational activities are available; residents speak highly of the food; the rooms are very large and cozy; you can bring your own items (TV, pictures, etc.). Very good

I cannot speak about how the residence works because my mother has not been there, but the treatment of the Social Worker for her possible admission has been a lack of respect and education. We were called for more than a week to make an appointment to visit the residence. When we finally did it, during the visit we told her the characteristics of my 91-year-old mother, whose main care is to attend to the change of stool bag due to a recent colostomy, which is why we had to take her to a nursing home. Otherwise, she walks alone, eats alone, dresses herself, and is perfectly cognitive. He told us that they would have to do an assessment among all the residence staff to see if they could have places for their level of assistance, and he asked us for a lot of documentation, including the personal income tax returns for the last 5 years..... We sent it all to them, we waited a reasonable amount of time, and we began to demand a response. First he excused himself saying that they had a lot of work, and said he would tell us something the following week, but he didn't, so we insisted again. The doctor then called me for a telephone evaluation, in which he asked me everything that we had already told the Social Worker on the first day, and that appeared in the medical reports that we had sent him, and he told me that he would send a report to the TS so that they could give us an appointment for an in-person evaluation..... The next day the TS called me to tell me that they could not offer my mother a place because they could not give her the level of care she required, something I already knew from the first day, after having made us wait more than a month just to waste our time, and without even having seen my mother in person. As I said, a lack of respect and education makes people dizzy like this.
