La Residencia Nuestra Señora de la Soledad y del Carmen genera opiniones muy polarizadas entre sus usuarios: mientras muchas familias elogian calurosamente la dedicación del personal, las instalaciones y el ambiente acogedor que caracteriza el centro, otras reseñas critican aspectos graves como la falta de atención a residentes (dejados en sillas de ruedas sin actividades), limitaciones en la administración de medicamentos y problemas puntuales en la empatía del equipo directivo. A family member was there and they were left "parked" in a wheelchair in the lobby waiting area for hours all day with nothing to do. That would put anyone off. The staff were generally friendly, although the assistant director wasn't very tactful during the most difficult moments.

Our mother spent six years in this nursing home, which, more than that, has been a home. The staff, from the first to the last, have been like a family who have cared for her and us until the very last day. Their kitchen, their activities, their facilities, including their gardens and their large terrace... but above all, their dedication, their love, their care, and their empathy make this nursing home an ideal place for our seniors. They're incapable of administering an antibiotic, referring the grandparents to the hospital, even though there's a doctor and a nurse, neither intravenously nor dissolved in food or drink. It's pathetic. Now they'll delete the bad review like all the others they're not interested in.
