My mother spent a month at the Sanitas Arturo Soria Residence recovering from surgery, and we are incredibly grateful. Alba, I simply want to express, on behalf of my mother and myself—and I would like you to extend this to all the staff—my deepest gratitude for the kindness, care, and professionalism with which you have treated Carmen and her family during this entire time. She has always felt supported and loved, taking advantage of your generosity and patience on many occasions. The truth is, I have truly "rested" knowing she was with you in the Assisted Living Apartments. I also want you to know that I have been very grateful for the sound medical judgment of the caregivers, assistants, and nursing staff (in addition to the doctor, of course), who made very appropriate decisions during delicate health situations that, had they not been decisive, could have had serious consequences. So, a thousand thanks to everyone: cooks, floor cleaners, waitresses, assistants, hairdresser, and what can I say about Andreas, Teresa, Diana, Mayda…forgive me for not being able to think of any more names right now, to Juan (who has done everything possible to regain his mobility), Antonio…Elvira, Aynara, Suzette…to Ana (we drove her crazy with the treatments for that damned skin condition) and Oscar…I've saved Mitzi and MariCarmen for last, who, being the first to welcome us, have suffered the most from my constant pestering. My mother lived in this senior residence for two years, and I have nothing but words of gratitude. She was very well cared for by a professional team (cleaning and support staff, receptionists, physiotherapist, nurses, doctor, etc.) who were caring, attentive, and led by their director, Yolanda (attentive to everything, kind, and always offering advice). Conveniently located (metro, buses, shopping centers, arcades, etc.), this residence offers spacious, furnished apartments (with the option to bring your own furniture and personalize it to your liking). Everything is always spotless. The facilities are excellent (swimming pool, gardens, pleasant and welcoming common areas, etc.). There are various afternoon activities (workshops, piano concerts, etc.). The food is high quality. I highly recommend it.

Choosing this residence for my mother during her caregiver's vacation was a wonderful decision. What I initially thought could have been difficult for her at 96 years old turned out to be a fantastic experience.
