La Residencia Nuestra Señora de la Antigua recibe opiniones muy polarizadas, aunque la mayoría destaca positivamente su entorno tranquilo, hermoso jardín, personal atento y comida de calidad, creando un ambiente familiar y cómodo para los residentes. Sin embargo, hay críticas severas sobre la actitud del personal en algunos casos, lo que genera una experiencia inconsistente que depende significativamente de la calidad del trato recibido.

My wife's mother has been there for over a year, and I think it's a very good residence. The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent (and if my mother-in-law says so, it must be!), and above all, the garden is fantastic. Being able to walk around or sit among the greenery and trees is a significant bonus. Plus, it's completely quiet because there are no cars passing nearby.

Located in a very quiet and peaceful setting, it has a lovely garden where our elderly residents can get some fresh air. The price is in line with private facilities. It's a bit warm inside, but my aunt says she's very comfortable; I suppose the thermostats aren't the same. The staff treats them with great care. The management is always available to answer your questions. Finally, I should add that there's a new nurse who is very attentive to the residents, according to my aunt and as we've seen during morning visits, which is much appreciated and provides peace of mind.
