It has been a huge disappointment. After visiting several residences in the area, we chose this one because of the very new facilities; everything seemed great. However, in my father's case, he was there for a week, and the staff's treatment was anything but pleasant. As he was quite dependent, his appearance was rather disheveled, and they argued that he didn't have enough clothes. They charge you for everything, even breathing (they wanted to charge us for his medication, which we had brought with us upon admission). They also charged for the clothing labeling service, even though the clothes had already been labeled. They weren't careful at all when ironing clothes, leaving visible marks on the garment. And finally, when we transferred him to another center for reasons beyond our control, they didn't even thank us for trusting them and bringing my father to this residence. This makes me think it's just a business, and you're just another customer. Unfortunately, since there are many elderly people and a high demand, well, that's that. After several attempts to contact the director, it hasn't been possible.

My father has been in this residence for two years, and despite his health problems that have required several hospitalizations, the care he receives and the dedication and commitment to his recovery are incredible. Mi madre estuvo aquí hasta que murió y la verdad que el trato que tuvo fue inmejorable, siempre muy cariñosos y atentos. Para ella fue como una segunda familia y estaba siempre muy bien atendida. Es una residencia que siempre tiene vida y por eso la elegimos por que no es deprimente como otras que vimos en su día.

My grandmother has been at this residence for just over a month, and I can only say good things. Both the care provided by the staff and the management are excellent. She's always well looked after and kept clean. They organize lots of parties for the residents to enjoy, and they're very attentive to keeping families informed. Jose is wonderful and always on top of things. I see my grandmother happy.
