If I could, I'd give it a 6 out of 5. Everything was wonderful for my mother and for us from the very first moment until she passed away peacefully, with love and attention until her last breath. If you're thinking of taking a family member to a care home, don't hesitate. Ana, her son Iván, and everyone who works there are like family to the residents, so it's a HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED option.
