Ideal place to take your elderly relatives: clean, pleasant, professional, Catholic. A marvel.

It was a good residence with very kind staff until the new director, Sister Eva, arrived. She is a cold person with little interpersonal skills. It's clear she doesn't enjoy her work, the elderly residents with dementia, or interacting with their families. I urge them to replace even the nun at the center and bring in someone of Sister Ana Esther's caliber. Thank you.

It's a well-managed nursing home, especially since there are still nuns, as in all of them. There's a slight staff shortage, and a few assistants are needed; they should know how to work with elderly people with sensitivity.
