We are extremely disappointed with the management of this center. They have shown that they only care about receiving money and have very little regard for the elderly residents. A relative was admitted in February and only stayed for 10 days because she became ill and had to go to the hospital. She eventually passed away, and when we went to collect her belongings, they were packed in cardboard boxes. We weren't given the opportunity to collect them ourselves. To our surprise, some of the boxes contained items that didn't belong to her, and some of her personal belongings were missing. Of everything that was missing, they only returned her walker. We demanded that everything be returned, and the response was that another elderly resident or relatives of her roommate might have taken it. It's a disgrace. However, in February, they charged her for the months of February and March, even though she was only in the residence for 10 days. When you post a negative comment on their social media, they don't publish it, so only the positive reviews are visible. This makes people trust them, and it's all a lie. I will certainly never recommend this place.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! We have never seen worse management and care. My relative was in the care home for a total of 13 days, as they were hospitalized 13 days after entering the facility after contracting H1N1 influenza there. My relative passed away in the hospital, and despite barely being in the care home for two weeks, THEY CHARGED US FOR TWO MONTHS. When we went to the care home to collect our relative's belongings, they had removed everything from their room without consulting us and packed it into cardboard boxes (without any regard for the family's responsibility). THEY HAVE LOST OR STOLEN MOST OF THEIR BELONGINGS, both personal items and valuable and expensive appliances (watches, hair dryer, walker, etc.). When we inquired about it, they claimed they didn't know where it was, that some other patient might have taken it from the room (which demonstrates that their security and care for residents' belongings is ZERO). They offered no solution whatsoever; in fact, they only refunded half of the March payment, even though my relative was never at the facility after being admitted to the hospital on February 14th. These types of businesses are nothing more than private companies whose sole aim is to profit from the vulnerability of patients and their families. Furthermore, when our relative was at the residence, they repeatedly told us that no one paid any attention to them, that they were forced to sit in a wheelchair all day (a person with chronic pain), and they claimed there wasn't enough room on the sofas for everyone… A DISGRACE!! We will file all possible complaints and sanctions, but we hope that anyone considering placing a family member in this residence will read this review beforehand to be warned of their disappointing treatment and management.

Having arrived at the nursing home on March 7th to collect my grandmother's belongings, who passed away on March 5th, we couldn't even unpack her things, as everything was packed into two boxes. Of all her belongings, we realized the following were missing: her personal handbag with her important personal items inside, her walker, her craft kit, her new hair dryer, her mobile phone charger, her wristwatch, a new bottle of shower gel, and the wheelchair cushions. Only the handbag and the walker had been found. Furthermore, they had put a pair of unlabeled shoes belonging to someone else in the box. The nursing home staff's response was that they couldn't find anything and didn't know where it was, accusing the relative in the next bed or claiming that another elderly resident might have taken it, demonstrating a complete lack of control and inhumane treatment of the family and the deceased herself. After calling to inquire about her things, Lidia, the receptionist, hung up on me without any explanation, as did the nurse, again blaming the residents. Furthermore, without having resolved anything, Lidia left the group without giving any explanation on March 8th. Her concern for the residents and their personal belongings is nonexistent. A disgrace.
