This is a very professional nursing home. Thanks to the attentive care of the staff, my family member has recovered very well. I am grateful for their help.

My experience during my month-and-a-half stay, while recovering from surgery, was very good. The staff is wonderful: Monica, Daiana, Flor, Patricia, Eduardo—everyone. The building and facilities are very well located, spacious, and comfortable. However, I regret to have one complaint: the food was far from acceptable, especially in a center of this kind. The staff in the dining room had to endure the residents' complaints with infinite patience, which is a shame because with a little more attention and care, it could be resolved. I hope that in the 19 days since I left, things have improved. Thank you all for taking care of me. I send my best wishes to some of the residents I met and spent time with.

We've been calling the Sanitas Senior Care information line for several days now. After countless calls to their customer service number, we haven't been able to get through. They also don't offer the option to leave a message for a callback. If they're overwhelmed with work, I don't even want to think about how the residents in their care homes are being treated, if they're overwhelmed there too. Regards.

It was always a wonderful place, where animals were respected and where the elderly could live alongside the cats on the property. Now they've decided to get rid of them. At Ecoplar, on the other hand, they're not only respected but are also part of the entertainment for our seniors. A bad place to send your elderly relatives.

I'm stopping by today to share a wonderful experience I have every week at this place ❤️ I know Google's algorithms like bad reviews more than good ones. I've been working in digital environments for 20 years, but sometimes... "the good ones win." 🤗 I'm 51 years old, and due to unusual circumstances, I have the time and energy to volunteer. After months of filling out forms in the social services department of the city councils of Pozuelo, Majadahonda, and Las Rozas, where I live, I decided to go to the Sanitas nursing homes in the area to "offer" my time. I found Natalia, their director, who understood that I could contribute to their residents. Every Monday, I walk "my 80-something girls" 😊 through a beautiful garden or just chat in their rooms if they don't want to go out. They tell me their stories, sometimes three times, sometimes with different versions, but always with a smile. Some "elegant guys" shake my hand when they see me and smile at me in that elegant way that only gentlemen know how to do. And they tell me how pretty I am, how smart I am, and how much they enjoy it. They appreciate my presence, and I repeat to them what I learn from them and what I enjoy. They don't "pay" me, and some of them have "gone" in these months, and I have felt and mourned them like family. I know it's not cheap a residence, I know that many of us, even though we want life, cannot afford to take care of our parents as we would like, but I do know that this is a good place to rest
