This morning, while out for a walk with a friend, we came across a man who was completely disoriented; he didn't know where he lived. We called the local police in Collado Villalba twice, and since they told us it would take a long time because they only had one car available, we went to ask at a nearby nursing home to see if the man lived there. He did, in fact, live there, and they hadn't even noticed he'd left the premises—what a lack of security! We also noticed that he was wearing dirty clothes and looked very unkempt. The elderly are vulnerable people who need to be cared for with all the love in the world; they aren't old furniture. I hope this doesn't happen again and that our elders receive much better care.

They told me there was space available for temporary stays, and gave me an appointment for June 4th at 11:30 am. When I arrived, two people answered the door and told me I didn't have an appointment and that there were no temporary stays available. I'm giving one star because I can't give less. Patricia, apparently the director and very unpleasant, contacted me on my cell phone to tell me I hadn't spoken to her, but to Olalla, who was the one who contacted me and gave me the appointment. ?¿?¿? I don't recommend this residence because if they treat you badly during a "visit," I don't want to imagine how they treat the elderly there.

This morning we came across a disoriented and disheveled man. After calling the local police twice to come and pick him up, and seeing that they hadn't arrived after almost 45 minutes, we decided to go look for him at the care home. The man had escaped from the care home and nobody had noticed. A disaster.

Nothing recommended, I had to urgently take my father out of there, there is no doctor, I had to manage my father's admission, there is no nurse, the food they distribute is wings cut in half so they can make a stew, poor quality and scarce, they have the grandparents sitting all day without any occupational therapy because they don't have it either, the facilities are old and broken, some days they have been without heating, and more deficiencies that I do not want to publish
