Hello, I'm Mariano Peinado. My mother is in this nursing home, and although she suffers from senile dementia, my mother is aware of her situation. She feels very happy, very well cared for, and above all, very well treated at this center. She tells all of her children that she doesn't want to leave this center, that we shouldn't even think about taking her out, she's so happy :-) Her four children are delighted with the Hidalgos Residence, not only for the professionalism and human quality, but also for how well they take care of not only my mother, but also all the elderly. They treat them with great affection and empathy, kissing them, hugging them, and doing whatever it takes to make them feel good and, above all, make them feel loved. We've seen it with our own eyes. On the other hand, it just so happens that we also have someone we completely trust who works at the Hidalgos Center, and if there was even the slightest hint of negligence on the part of the nursing home's assistants, our acquaintance at the nursing home would have already told us. With all this, I want to say that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nursing home. All of its staff, at least the ones we know and have seen, are wonderful, and the facilities are beyond praise. We've seen and experienced several nursing homes in Madrid and are delighted with this one. The staff's treatment is unbeatable. They are all smiles and kind words. They take excellent care of the residents; they are clean, well-fed, and well-dressed. The treatment of elderly people with dementia is very good. The caregiver-to-elderly ratio is much higher than in other nursing homes, and the care is much better. You can tell they're attentive.

It's an excellent nursing home. The care provided by all the staff is very attentive and caring, with a high caregiver ratio, everything is very clean, the food is excellent, and they offer frequent entertainment activities for residents and family members (concerts, monthly birthday parties, a carnival celebration, etc.). During the year my mother spent in this residence, I can only express my deepest gratitude for the love and wonderful care we received from the entire team. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, and the attention is excellent. In her final days, we felt so cared for and loved, and that is priceless. We are eternally grateful to everyone: management, caregivers, physiotherapists, therapists, healthcare staff, reception, hairdresser, and of course, César from the cafeteria. A huge hug to you all.
