After my father's stay at this residence, I can only say negative things, from the lack of cleanliness in his room and the lack of personal care, to the staff's lack of empathy and the poor laundry service (they only washed the keychain he carried in his pocket twice). His face was covered in eczema, and nobody noticed. In short, they boast about many activities and facilities, but the reality is that EVERYTHING leaves much to be desired. By the way, his cell phone also disappeared... a disaster.

I want to thank the director for how well they treated us. I had a small problem with my mother who has Alzheimer's; we mentioned it, and they immediately took appropriate measures and resolved it. My great-aunt, who has Alzheimer's, is at the Ilunión Parla nursing home, and I couldn't be more at ease. My cousin has been living at the nursing home for a few months, and I can confidently say he's in very good hands. What I value most about this place is the personalized attention each resident receives. From the first day, I noticed that the staff doesn't treat the seniors as "patients," but as people with stories, character, and dignity. They take the time to learn about their routines, their likes, and even their quirks. He's had some difficult days due to his health, and the speed with which they responded, in addition to the kindness with which they treated him, was admirable.
