My father was a resident at this care home for a year and a half, and throughout that time we received loving, respectful, and dedicated care. The attention he received was always personal and compassionate, something we as a family deeply appreciate. I want to especially highlight the excellent management and tremendous support they provided on the day of his passing. They were by our side every step of the way, attending to us with a sensitivity and affection we will never forget, and helping us every step of the way with the professionalism and care that characterize them. My father was admitted at night, with only an hour's notice, yet the residence, and especially the director, handled the process flawlessly. My grandfather has been receiving all the love, respect, and care the nursing home staff can offer for the past six months. Yesterday we lost our mother, Conchita Baglietto, who had been in the care home for six months. We want to express our gratitude for the care and affection she received at all times from all the staff at the center, from the director, the doctor, the psychologist, the nurses, the caregivers, and in general all the staff who at any time interacted with her, and to us as a family. Without a doubt, bringing our mother here was the right decision, and thank you for allowing us to be with her in her final hours. We couldn't be more grateful.
