Opiniones

Honestly, don't take your elderly relatives to this care home if you have even a shred of empathy for them. The lack of human touch is blatant, and in my experience, it's one of the worst care homes I've ever been to. They lack the necessary equipment to properly care for the residents, and resources are extremely limited, despite the high fees some residents pay. If you're considering this option for your loved ones, please choose another place.

I do not recommend this nursing home under any circumstances. The care provided to residents leaves much to be desired: the staff always seems rushed and lacking in empathy, and on several occasions I found my family member neglected. Cleaning is poor, the rooms smell bad, and the bathrooms are not always in good condition. Furthermore, communication with management is terrible. They promise personalized care, but in practice, they fail to deliver. Every time I tried to express my concerns, the responses were evasive or provided excuses. A very sad and frustrating experience. Elderly people deserve respect and dignified treatment, something that is clearly not provided here.

The contract signed with the care home makes no mention of the timeframe for the return of the deposit or, if necessary, the return of the proportional part of the fee charged. Beware of this issue; I've been trying to get these refunds for over a month. I've been making weekly calls and sending emails, and I've NEVER received a response to either. They intend to keep the grandparents' money in their account for 90 days.

AWFUL company. First of all, the treatment of residents is appalling; the caregivers don't last more than two months, a high percentage are unprofessional, and those who are truly dedicated leave. The person in charge of the caregivers completely fails to perform her organizational duties and doesn't even know what she's doing. The doctor makes diagnoses without any thorough examination; you have to be constantly vigilant with your family member and even give them instructions on how to care for them. The management of the center clearly doesn't understand the responsibilities of such a high-level position. They aren't always available to provide solutions, and even when they are, they don't solve problems. As I've read in several reviews, DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS TO THIS CENTER. When you sign the contract, demand and include a clause stating that your deposit and any outstanding balance will be refunded immediately upon your family member's departure.
