Opiniones

I wanted to thank the medical team at this nursing home and the nursing team who saved my mother's life yesterday, Thursday. They responded quickly when they saw her condition. The nurse on duty acted excellently and quickly, contacting the nursing home doctors and thus being able to help my mother. I also take this opportunity to thank the professional team of assistants who always treat my mother with care and are always willing to help us whenever we ask for any help or have any questions. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️.

My mother is very unhappy; the food is scarce and bad. Since she's been there, she's lost some weight.

The situation was terrible, to the point of making her want to die, even though they claim otherwise. The doctor at the nursing home treated my mother terribly; he never wanted her there, and they mistreated her. They should close it down and investigate. My mother suffered a lot, and then they blame us, her daughters. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The care home is terrible. My mother has been admitted twice in three months, with bedsores so severe that you could fit a hand in her knees and hips. This is because they don't use a pressure-relieving mattress and don't reposition her. My mother has been hospitalized for a month now and can't go back to the care home because they refuse to take responsibility for her wound care and for the machine needed to treat her hip wound, even though the hospital is providing them with training. We used to visit my mother in the mornings, and she'd find her head practically glued to the table, asleep. I hope she never goes back there. She's going to a rehabilitation hospital, and from there she'll go somewhere else. They're far from being messengers of peace; I'd call it a slaughterhouse. But they're very good at taking your money. If you can, don't take your relatives there. They're understaffed; in fact, the whole place is awful.

What I dislike most about this care home is the lack of staff and the way the residents are treated. I've already had to speak to a staff member on several occasions about how they were treating one of the residents. Once, they were scolding a poor old man because he'd spilled yogurt on the floor and gotten it on himself. It seems they don't realize the kind of people they're working with and the physical limitations these residents have. It's a real shame.
