Opiniones

It's not just a nursing home, it's also a home. It was my grandmother's home during her final days in life. Home, because that's what she called it, and that's how she felt thanks to the affection, love, care, patience, and hard work that all the staff put into the residents. We always felt at ease knowing she was in good hands, surrounded by people who truly cared about her well-being, and when we went to visit her and be with her, we always had a space for ourselves. We can only express our gratitude for everything you did for her and for us, for every detail, for every gesture, and for the humanity with which you carry out your work. Thank you.

Excellent experience, great care, excellent service, couldn't be better. It's a very friendly, family-oriented residence where everyone knows each other. The director is a very kind person who takes excellent care of the residents, and the staff are equally pleasant and attentive to everyone, always available to assist the residents' families. In conclusion, a great option for caring for our elderly loved ones.

My mother has been here for almost 10 years and I only have words of gratitude for the care given to both my mother and us. Thank you so much for everything.

It's a small but very welcoming family-run residence; you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly professional—the doctor, nurses, caregivers, cleaning staff, and the entire team are wonderful and charming. They take exceptional care of the residents; my grandmother's skin was completely intact in almost three years, not a single bedsore, which is truly remarkable. The food is homemade, and the care is top-notch. Highly recommended. Thanks to professionals like you, the elderly are very well cared for. I have no words to describe the director, Carlos, and Aurora, and the entire team. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my grandmother.

Our experience has not been pleasant at all. Aurora and the assistants were wonderful, but not so much with the director, a self-centered person who disrespects others without any consideration when the person in his care is independent and has her own opinion. My mother didn't have a good time with this man who repeatedly despised and insulted her for expressing unfair opinions he saw. This man, who claims to be a Christian, doesn't apply Christian values but rather his own. He's a scoundrel and a bore, trying to change an 89-year-old. The moment you disagree with him, he manages to insult without any shame, citing the Bible and wonderful sayings that don't apply to him. Disrespectful, egocentric, and old-fashioned, he only accepts his own opinions and people who don't respond. If you do, you're at war. It's a shame for the rest of the staff, who are just as subservient as the residents. The moment you start insulting a resident in front of others, even though you're in charge of her, you're completely out of line. Besides, you said she had a slight cognitive impairment, so you should have applied the kindness you preach so much. And, on the other hand, threatening lawsuits is yet another way of demonstrating your inability to run a nursing home.
