I don't have enough stars or words to thank you all for the immense love you showed Carmen and us, especially me. You are the stars. Thank you for every kiss, every hug, every effort you made to eat, every effort you made to drink, for "resurrecting" her and keeping her alive with dignity and respect. For never abandoning her and for never giving up. She passed away peacefully and with dignity, which is what we all deserve. Cared for and loved, comfortable and clean in every way. At Golden Years 3, there aren't incredible luxuries; the luxury is you and what you do. Thank you for your joy, your sense of humor, for making these nightmares of illness bearable for them and for us, because sometimes it's very difficult, and with people like you, it's a little easier. Excellent family residence! The service is fabulous, we are very happy, and my family member especially so. The staff is wonderful, and Maite is fantastic and makes everything so easy. Since we visit often, they never complain and make it feel like an extension of our home. The best, albeit difficult, decision we've made. Thank you.

The entire team treats my grandmother exceptionally well. The food is delicious and prepared right there at the facility, and they pay special attention to whether she's eating or not. We also see how clean and well cared for both our relative and the other residents are, receiving personalized attention. Thank you for caring for our loved ones with such love.

It's been hard writing this review because it means my father is no longer with us 🥺 All I can say is a thousand thanks. He didn't live in luxury, but he had a unique, warm, and personal charisma. Maite, Irene, Leo... oh, how well you loved and cared for your Juancho. Wherever he is, I'm sure he'll remember you, especially the old lady 😂 I'm sure he's watching over and protecting us all from heaven 🙏

It's a very humble, small residence without elaborate facilities, but the care and compassion shown to our elderly residents is outstanding. When I met Maite, Irene, and the rest of the staff, I knew from the first moment that my mother-in-law would be in good hands, and she is. The rooms are spotless, the food is good, and the residents are very well looked after. What more could you ask for? I can only say THANK YOU SO MUCH.
