It's a disgrace. Many nights, pills were missing because family members were there and attentive; otherwise, the medical protocol wasn't followed. The company that took over the residence has ruined it. Medical staff said I didn't have a fever when it was 39 degrees Celsius (102 degrees Fahrenheit). There were no doctors/nurses when needed, a severe staff shortage, too many sandwiches, and the director, to top it all off, was incompetent. There was a lack of everything. I don't recommend bringing your loved ones there. Even so, many thanks to the few people who work there who, despite the limited resources, went out of their way to make sure everything was alright.

The breakfast room on the second floor has disappeared. Now they cram everyone together in the downstairs dining room. And the worst part is that they've announced the elimination of the nurse on the shifts due to staff shortages, but the fees haven't gone down. In short, they're cutting staff and services.

The team is professional, loving, and always attentive to every detail, which gives you immense peace of mind when you leave someone you love in their care. The facilities are well-maintained, clean, and accessible, but most importantly, there's a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that they don't just care for the residents here; they also provide companionship, listen to them, and make them feel valued. My grandfather is not only well cared for, but he has also regained his zest for life and activity thanks to the organized activities and the affection he receives every day. As a family, we feel we made the best decision. I wholeheartedly recommend this residence. Here, the residents aren't just a number; they're part of a family.
