Taking my mother to a care home was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. However, at the Francisco de Rojas Residence, I found something fundamental: peace and security. From the very first moment, they treated her with respect, patience, and great affection. Every time I've visited her, I've seen her well cared for, surrounded by companionship, and looked after with great professionalism. As a daughter, that's priceless. I would also like to express my special gratitude to the physiotherapy team. In particular, Nuria has been a key figure in my mother's progress. Her consistency, warmth, and daily dedication have made a huge difference in both her mobility and her mood. Today I can say that I made the right decision. Knowing that she's in an environment where she's cared for and valued gives me immense peace. Thank you for making this time much easier for the whole family.

The receptionist at the entrance is the rudest person I've encountered in a long time. I hope the staff inside are more sympathetic to the patients.

My wife Elvira stayed at this residence, and I have to say the care was wonderful. We were delighted, and the entire staff always treated us with great kindness. The service couldn't have been better during the three years we were there. Highly recommended.
