Opiniones

What would we do without them? My brother-in-law lives there. He went from living with his mother, always angry and violent, to being admitted a year after her death. He's happy now, and that's priceless. He tells us they treat him very well; he's been there for five or six years and he's a completely different person since then. We're so grateful!

The staff treats patients with care, and they also treat family members very well, being friendly and kind. In the Short-Term Hospitalization Unit, the staff is very attentive, which makes patients' stay more pleasant and helps them recover. The caring attitude is greatly appreciated.

Bad hospital on the part of the doctor. He doesn't want to inform the family or about the medication he's giving my relative. The doctor hung up on me. I just asked what medication he's giving him, and he told me he wasn't going to argue with me. If asking about the medication he's giving my relative is arguing, then God come and see him. Because asking and wanting to inquire about my relative, I don't think that's arguing. The doctor hung up on me. I feel so helpless that I'm actually going to call the director of the center to tell him what happened. I don't like it at all.

There's a little Panchita at reception who doesn't understand anything, it's like putting a post but she speaks to you badly, the rest are fine
