Both of my wife's parents are here, aged 89 & 90. They have been here 3 weeks, so far. They are very happy with their room which is large, has a large, wheelchair accessible bathroom, and individual air conditioning/heating. They are very happy with the quality of the meals. There is a good variety and the portions are ample. Unfortunately, they only get water with the meals, no wine. There is a lot of seating, inside and outside, so that they can be in a nice setting when having visitors. There is also a nice cafe, which also sells alcohol and ice creams. There are plenty of staff, most of which seem friendly and helpful. José is especially good. However, we have discovered that some "require tips' or they will abandon the old people and refuse to take them to the toilet etc. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! and should be reported. There is also a chapel, doctor, intensive care unit and funeral parlour on site. Altogether, this is a very good home for old people, and much better than any that we have seen in the UK.

Whatever I say, I'll fall short. I'll never have enough words to thank the entire team at this nursing home for the care they've given my father and his family over the past five years. For people who aren't from the surrounding area, it's a bit remote, but the life the patients have couldn't be better. At first, we thought about moving, but as soon as we saw the good treatment my father received, it was worth the hour-long trip to take him somewhere else. The assistants are always attentive, the directors and social worker are always there if you need anything. The housekeepers are also there for any questions or concerns. The receptionists are delightful. Patricia, the cafeteria manager, always knows what you want and always has a smile, and the nursing staff, including the doctors, nurses, and assistants, are always attentive. And let's not forget the cleanliness and the kitchen, which are 10/10. In short, it's like being at home, because over time you grow fond of everyone, and they treat you like you're one of their own. Our last few days there were like being with family with each and every one of them. Anyone who leaves a bad review of this place needs to take a look at themselves and see how they treat you the way you treat them. Because we've always treated them with respect, and they've treated us with respect as well. And today, after 5 years, each and every one of them takes a little piece of my heart with them. Thank you all so much ❤️

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at the care home where my mother, Inocencia, lives and where my father, Pedro, also lived. We said goodbye to him yesterday, November 16th. From the management to the reception staff, the doctor, the social worker, and every single person at the center—the assistants and therapists—I can only say that they have been exceptional. It's worth noting that they keep you informed of any issues at all times, which, as a family member, provides enormous peace of mind. They truly become part of the family: the adjustment process is always difficult, but they have done everything possible to ensure my mother felt comfortable from day one. My mother tells the whole family how well she is cared for, how happy she is, the activities she participates in, the affection she receives, the cleanliness, and how delicious the food is. Furthermore, thanks to the work of the physiotherapy team and their exercise program, she was discharged from the hospital's Pain Unit, something for which we are deeply grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your humanity, professionalism, and kindness. You have been an indispensable support during the most difficult times. 🙏💙

I am Anabel, niece of Isabel Bañuelos, who passed away on the 11th. I want to sincerely thank everyone who is part of this wonderful home, because it is so much more than just a residence. Starting with the directors, social workers, assistants, reception staff, and so many others. My aunt and my mother arrived on May 15, 2022, and from the very first day, both they and we received nothing but love and affection. My most sincere thanks and a big hug.

My father-in-law has been in this care home for three years. At first it was tough, but now he's adapted. The problem is that they're always changing staff, and it really throws the elderly residents off balance. There's no air conditioning, so the summer is quite stifling. The rooms are ancient, with old, broken cots and armchairs. It's shameful that, paying 2,000 euros a month, they have to live in these conditions. They could invest a little more so that the people spending their final years there, paying a fortune, have at least the most basic amenities.
