    Based on my experience visiting my grandfather, I can say the following: The auxiliary staff is overwhelmed because they treat them terribly. I think they often don't reach the minimum number of employees per resident (I've seen times where only 2 or 3 assistants per floor). I also had the misfortune of witnessing on more than one occasion a manager, a certain Adrián, who, aside from doing nothing, his manner and the way he treated people are not the right way. I encountered such chaos these past few days as an assistant doing nothing, it really surprised me in a negative way... The receptionist and secretaries' manners, as I've seen in other comments, have a lot of room for improvement; it seems they don't even want to work... If I were their boss, I would definitely take action. You ask anything, and the disgust and reluctance with which they treat you seems annoying... Anyway, I hope management takes some action...

    My husband has been in a day care facility. I want to thank the entire team for the excellent care they've given him. Due to his deteriorating condition, we had to admit him to a nursing home. The pity is they don't have any space. Because we were in a hurry, the director found us a group residence in Serranillos del Valle, which wasn't her responsibility. Thank you so much for all the love you've shown my husband and me too. A big hug to everyone, I'm Edurne.

    I'M ATTACHING PHOTOS. IT WAS PLAIN RICE WITH NO CORK FLAVOR!! POTATOES WITH FAT, BASICALLY. POTATOES (WHAT'S MUST BE MISSING) WITH MEAT FULL OF NERVES THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO SWALLOW. ONCE, SOME EDIBLE WHITE BEANS... The food is horrible, inedible, my mother used to tell me, and I thought she was exaggerating, until I saw it with my own eyes and was able to try it. I've only been there three days, and every time it's the same!! Sad, lamentable, how can food be made into something that tastes like cork, rubber, shoe soles, and grease? The poor people are kept alive on two muffins for breakfast and two muffins with milk for a snack. I only wish whoever is responsible for this that life gives back to these poor people double what they give them, compared to the 2,100 euros we pay a month...

    El personal de secretaria sencillamente son unas ineficientes, no dan información, te mienten en tu cara, lo peor es que las encaras xq te das cuenta de la mentira y se rien de ti, se burlan de ti, a mi familiar le han dicho "ahora le pasó tu contacto a RRH para que te llamen", luego hablas con la persona y te dicen que jamás le pasaron la info, eso en reiteradas oportunidades, no son capaces de gestionar nada, no solo 1 si no las dos secretarias son una vergüenza, el puesto les quedó grande, si así es el personal que te recibe a primera instancia no me quiero ni imaginar el resto

    Unlike other reviews, I have to mention that my mother received exceptional care from Dr. Eli (professional, caring, attentive...) and the nursing staff. I also want to highlight the physiotherapists, therapists, assistants, and reception staff. I am very happy with the treatment my mother received and grateful for their attention. Thank you for taking such good care of her.
