I so long for the moment when my mother can return to be with you all again... I hope it's sooner rather than later, and that for the years she has left, she can enjoy the special care you gave her during the 10 months she was there. Where she is now is all so impersonal... so sad... to put it mildly. I hope she can soon enjoy this wonderful residence and return to her table, her friends, her parties, and her favorite spot! Very poor treatment. Disappearance or theft of jewelry, hearing aids, clothing, and dentures. Unqualified staff. Very bad experience. Elderly residents were only partially dressed. Infections due to poor hygiene. Etc.

Excellent care for the elderly. Very clean. They seem very happy. They also have a nursery school, and for several years I've been going twice a day, and I can assure you that the service is outstanding, as are the facilities. We've even made some elderly friends who have told us how wonderful it is. I highly recommend it.

Terrible service and very little empathy. You call to ask for information and they tell you there are no openings, and that's it... they don't even tell you if there's a waiting list or how they can help you, nothing. They're full and they're not interested in you. AWFUL.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the staff and management for the excellent care my grandmother received. And especially to the team of doctors and nurses who showed such compassion towards my grandmother in the last days of her life, making everything feel as comfortable as possible. The facilities are in good condition and the hygiene is excellent.
