Our family would like to take this opportunity to express our deep gratitude for the care our mother received during the ten months she was at the residence, until her passing. Throughout that time, we felt supported and cared for with exemplary dedication by all the staff, without exception: from the management team to the most junior caregiver. Their treatment, always kind, considerate, and professional, allowed us to feel informed at all times, even when the news was not encouraging. As for the facilities, everything was also magnificent: well-designed, well-maintained, and clean spaces. Even sensitive aspects such as odors—almost unavoidable in centers of this type—were perfectly controlled and rarely noticeable. On the contrary, when the aroma of the food was present, it was truly pleasant. We know that it is never easy to make the decision to place a loved one in a care home. However, when daily life demonstrates that they are in the hands of professionals who look after their well-being with more resources and expertise than one could offer at home, a sense of trust arises that brings peace of mind. In these circumstances, we felt that the quality of life improved for both the person receiving care and the rest of their family. We want to give special recognition to the doctors, nurses, and physical therapists. They always treated us with transparency, speed, diligence, and a humanity that we deeply appreciate. Thanks to them, our mother's last days were as good as possible, and my father was able to experience that farewell with serenity and a clear conscience, without the initial feeling of abandonment that he fought against until there was no other option. Thank you all. Your work has left a mark that we will always remember.

Overall, we were very satisfied with both the service we received and the center's facilities. The availability of 24-hour nurses and doctors during extended hours was a major plus, as was the attentive care provided by all the staff. The quality of the meals and the varied entertainment and stimulation activities for the residents were particularly noteworthy. The center's ample and well-maintained outdoor space was also a significant advantage. It is conveniently located, with easy access by both car and public transport. This center is highly recommended.
