My auntie has been a resident here for nearly two years now, she’s been taken care of, her room is spotless and every time I visit her she seems happy, which comforts the family a lot! The staff is lovely, they always go above and beyond and my aunt is always speaking wonders about them! We even been invited for dinner at the residency dinner during our last visit so we could have a family dinner!! Very good, I fully recommend this place.

A member of my family resides at this facility, and we are very satisfied. I would like to warmly thank the entire team for their professionalism and kindness every day. A big thank you also to the activities team, and especially to César Mel, who offers activities that are both entertaining and enriching, appreciated by my relative as well as the other residents. I highly recommend this senior living residence.

I'm very happy because I received exceptional service, especially since my husband was treated very well and I felt listened to. The kitchen service was very good, although the salt was a bit strong. The director is great, I like the workshops offered here, and César Mel does a fantastic job as the activity leader, keeping everyone entertained. I wish the gymnastics participants could stand up and sit down in the chairs.

Good morning, today I wanted to share my experience with this nursing home, back when it was still run by Orpea and not long before that by Ecoplar. My mother lived there for a short time, just two and a half months. She was admitted with significant cognitive decline and was already 94 years old. Her admission wasn't voluntary; she had never liked nursing homes, which she called asylums. My siblings and I had no choice but to take her. Until then, she had lived at home, cared for by a lovely person and by us. She would have preferred to live in our house until the end, but due to personal circumstances that ended in divorce, it wasn't possible. Her condition had become unmanageable: constant falls, disorientation, often not recognizing us, danger to herself—in short, it was all very difficult and very painful. I apologize for this long post, which has nothing to do with the nursing home itself. I simply want to express the pain that won't go away, even though December 24th will mark two years since her passing at the Jiménez Díaz Foundation. The treatment at the Orpea Valdemarin Residence was generally good. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and Dr. María was very responsible and dedicated. The food was good. It's true that the cleanliness could have been improved, but it must be acknowledged that maintaining it with the situation of the people who live there is very difficult. Especially the smell! In general, nursing homes are very difficult places, especially for people who visit the residents. They are generally sad places that evoke a lot of sadness. They exist, and I suppose they are even necessary, but they shouldn't have to. Sorry for rambling on; it's more like a psychiatrist's rant than an opinion. Thank you very much for everything. Best regards.

My father entered the residence on August 5th with depression, and as these months have passed, he has become happier and more integrated every day, both with the group of friends he has made and thanks to the personalized care he receives from the staff. They are all wonderful, and you can see the love and dedication with which they attend to and care for my father and all the residents. We are very happy. Thank you to Corina, Pilar, Lucía, the reception staff (Beatriz and Maria Eugenia), and all the assistants and cafeteria staff.
