Good service

My family and I are delighted with the care and warmth with which they treated my grandmother, may she rest in peace. Their professionalism and affection were appreciated not only by us, but especially by her, who has taken us all in her heart. We would like to include in this review the entire team of professionals, both healthcare and non-healthcare staff. Warmest regards.

I want to congratulate the management and staff of the care home for their work. My mother was in the care home for four and a half years, until her passing, and the care and affection she received was outstanding.

On September 1st, I called the center and they explained the general conditions, offering me an appointment for Wednesday, September 3rd, at 11:00 AM. We arrived at the center a few minutes before 11:00 AM and were greeted politely at reception, who offered us coffee in case of a wait. At 11:30 AM, we decided to leave because no one had attended to us. At that moment, at the exit, a man told us he could finally see us and that he hadn't been able to earlier because he was working and hadn't realized we had an appointment. We thanked him and left. If this is the kind of service they offer to potential clients, what must the service be like for the residents they've already acquired?

I've had my aunt in this nursing home for a while, and the truth is, we haven't had any complaints until a few weeks ago when they moved her room, and her roommate turns on the TV and leaves it on all night. This means my aunt can't sleep a wink all night. She told the staff, and the solution they gave her was to put on an eye mask (no shame). We told the manager, and she told us they would take the measure of turning off the TV at night and turning it on in the morning. They've done this for two days. My aunt hasn't been able to sleep for four days, because they should turn it off, yes, but they'll let her use the remote, so she keeps turning it on. The manager told me about my aunt's cohabitation, and I'm wondering where the other resident's cohabitation is. I wonder if the problem is now caused by my aunt. The solution would be to not leave the remote control or unplug the TV. I've even wondered if this lady is a Marchioness or a Duchess so that no one can do anything.
