A family member stayed at the nursing home for several months. What I would highlight most is the closeness and friendliness of the treatment: the entire staff knew my family member, understood his illness, tried to help him, and treated him very kindly. It's a small nursing home, which greatly facilitates social interaction. The daily activities for residents and the food were of good quality. There was a lot of flexibility when it came to scheduling visits, which was appreciated. In short, highly recommended.

They are an unprofessional team with significant communication problems. They don't respect agreements. On Friday, October 31, 2025, we informed them through their social worker that "we had decided to admit our family member," and on Monday we found out they had already given the place to someone else. The professionalism of both the "director," David Betanzos, and his social worker, who was the one who assisted us, leaves much to be desired. I am sharing what happened so that others are aware of this team's poor practices.

Go to this residence if you want: - A VERY EXPENSIVE place - A service and price advertised as a ***** hotel, but the reality leaves much to be desired - A minimal number of caregivers, just enough to meet the ratio required by the Community of Madrid, but not enough to provide the services advertised in the price. - Many caregivers lack training, work experience, and basic education - The residence's floors are reminiscent of a TV series, lacking repair and maintenance, paint, electrical wiring (switches, sockets, light bulbs, etc.), beds, and mattresses - Management is not involved in the care of the residents or the relationship between residents and caregivers (only interested in billing, payroll, and showing minimal concern for the staff) - Poor food (processed pastries) for afternoon snacks, considering the price, uncontrolled medication administration, and much more... You'll surely find cheaper options with much better, more personalized care and attention than this one. It's true that it will always seem insufficient for the person who, in most cases, feels compelled to place someone in a care home. BUT THEY SHOULDN'T ABUSE AND PROFIT FROM THAT NEED AT THE EXPENSE OF OUR ELDERLY'S WELL-BEING.

My grandmother has been at this center for six months, and we are delighted, especially with the caring and friendly treatment she receives from all the staff. The care team is competent and caring. Although there is no garden, they have two very pleasant terraces on the sixth floor for visits.

I'm very happy with the center. Who would have thought that seniors do so many activities in a care home: both indoor activities and outings... The best thing, as always in these kinds of centers, is the staff; it's a very dedicated job and you can see the affection they have for my aunt.
