WHAT ARE THEY HIDING? If you go to the Day Hospital, they refuse to show it to you before the resident has been offered a place (?!). Of course, it has to be by appointment, on the day and time they tell you. And they always show you the facilities without the residents (using the excuse of protecting people). You don't see what activities they do, how many staff members there are... But if you go looking for a place in the Residence, there's always a waiting list, supposedly with months of waiting. Two days later, they tell me there are places available due to a resident's death. When I tell them I have to think about it, they say they'll wait until the next day. And when I tell them I want to visit the Residence beforehand and ask them what the ratio of caregivers to residents is, they don't answer, they're nervous, claiming that everything is legal, and they tell me categorically that I have to tell them right then and there if I'm interested or not, because they're going to keep calling people from the waiting list. Denying that they had told me two minutes earlier that I could give them the answer the next day. What a lack of transparency! Regarding the care provided, the number of patients each assistant attends to, how many nurses there are for 163 people, whether the doctor is present... they don't answer anything. They want you to sign the contract, pay, and if you're not satisfied afterward... well, you can take the resident somewhere else! (with all the inconveniences that entails). I DON'T TRUST THEM!

I'm giving you one star because I can't give you less. I've never seen worse service than what you offer. We have a relative who recently had hip surgery, and no one is able to attend to their needs. This is the second day in a row since the operation that we've received calls telling us they've fallen, with head injuries, etc. Just yesterday, we heard them asking her to get up so they could dress her and take her to the emergency room because of the fall. You are shameless. I have no words to describe the appalling job you do, from the bottom up.

I hesitated to bring my mother because of some negative reviews. Every day I'm more glad I did. The friendly service, cleanliness, constant attention, and good food. We eat with her often, and we can attest to that. I recommend her.

The Day Center is run terribly, and we have nothing to talk about the meals since they say that if they have any diet there, there is only a diet for diabetics and basal diets. I would like to know how they adapt a basal diet to a renal diet. Whatever the nephrologists say, they rub it in their crotch. My mother has been there for a week and she has already fallen. That is the care they give the residents. Her hands and arms are bruised. They tell them to be careful when picking her up because she has circulatory problems, but they don't care at all. I think they do it on purpose and can show themselves. Let others know about the treatment they receive there.

The prices are exorbitant, the staff is very limited but generally friendly, with a few exceptions who are disrespectful to the elderly residents, both in the dining room and on the night shift; the physiotherapy is excellent; the administration is quite poor, but the worst thing of all is the quality of the food, even though it's well-cooked; the cheapest food on the market is served here, and many dishes are rejected without even being touched. Almost every day one of the two main courses runs out; there's only enough for the first few served. A serious and unannounced inspection is urgently needed.
