A huge thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome and patience they've shown my mother. I'm especially grateful to Pablo, an excellent young man, as are all the others, because every time I arrive I see him cheering up all the residents. He wasn't there yesterday, and they were saying, "Pablo is missing!" I'm so happy to hear he is back. Thank you all so much for the residents, especially my mother. We all go there—doctors, social workers, receptionists, nurses, assistants—everyone. Thank you so much! I give this center a 10 out of 10 for my experience. A thousand thanks!

My mother received an excellent welcome from the entire staff. Everyone is necessary and important, especially the director, social worker, staff, healthcare workers, assistant supervisor, and housekeeper. Keep up the commendable work!

A senior center where they truly care for them. My mother is delighted; she moved in using a wheelchair and now walks perfectly. It has a spectacular team of physiotherapists... with excellent dedication and care. Thanks to the entire team at the residence, now her home.

I'm editing my review because it's nonstop. It gets worse and worse. You feel trapped because on top of that, you ask and they tell you they're all the same. Plus, we already moved her to another one, and it's affected her greatly. She receives a third of the attention she received when she first came in. We've had to hire someone to at least move around or talk to someone. Shameful. They have everyone staring at a wall 13 hours a day, minus 8 hours of sleep and meals. She's lost 15 kilos since she came in. I check on her every 48 hours, and her diaper is dirty half the time. You don't mind talking to management; the staff leave as soon as they can. Luckily, there are a couple who are efficient, but they're drowned out by the rest. Terrifying.
