Opiniones

My grandfather stayed at the residence in December. The care he received was excellent. I especially want to thank José María at reception, because visiting a loved one at a nursing home when they are ill is very sad, but being greeted by José María's smile and kindness as soon as you walk in makes it much easier. It's truly remarkable that nursing homes have such pleasant, attentive, and polite staff. Words can't express my gratitude! The rest of the staff were also very polite. The food they serve the residents is delicious. You have the option of eating with them if you book in advance, and it's wonderful to spend time with your family, not just visiting, but sharing a meal with them and letting them know that everything is alright. Thank you for everything!

Excellent residence. My mother has been there for 40 days and has experienced a noticeable improvement in the quality of care and attention she receives daily. The young management team is extremely dynamic and diligent, sparing no effort to ensure everything runs smoothly. The only criticism is a certain amount of disorganization, excessive noise, and general chaos that arose during the Christmas holidays in the dining room, common areas, and private room. This has affected the meal times and the quality of the food, which is generally very good. Special mention goes to the excellent team of nurses, nursing assistants, and cleaning and maintenance staff, who are extremely polite, efficient, and caring. This is a far cry from the neglect of the previous residence, CASER ARTURO SORIA, where my mother stayed for over two months. There, the treatment was cold, negligent, and completely lacking in empathy.

My mother hasn't even been in the care home for a month, and up until now we were happy, but last night she fell out of bed and hit her head. They just helped her up and put her back in bed, applying ice to the huge bruise that appeared on the bed, and then let her go to sleep. They didn't notify a doctor or any family members. It wasn't until 8:00 a.m. that a nurse arrived and decided she should notify the family and call emergency services to take her to the hospital. Fortunately, the fall resulted only in a scare and a bump on her face; there were no internal injuries. However, the emergency protocol was very poor. We filed a complaint, and although they apologized and acknowledged their serious mistake, this cannot happen again. They need to take action.

Terrible experience. My mother-in-law has been there for a month and everything has gone wrong: poor management, inadequate personal and emotional support. In a medical emergency, they don't know how to act, especially at night. Woe betide you if you get sick... or if something happens to you due to their negligence. We requested the protocol for handling such an emergency, and we've been waiting for it for over 20 days. They paint a rosy picture when they inform you, but then nothing they say is true. They pick you up and leave you waiting for the elevator, and then they put you back in the dining room with no TV or anything, completely alone and unsupervised. A disgrace.

I am very happy with the care and treatment my father received. I appreciate that it's possible to reserve meals with the resident and also to visit him at a flexible time, as much as possible. I want to thank José María at reception; his professionalism, attentiveness, and empathy were outstanding. The location is lovely, surrounded by trees.
