Highly recommended residence. I especially want to highlight the wonderful, caring treatment all the residents receive; they are always well looked after. I was able to see the facilities and everything was fantastic. A great choice. Thank you for making us feel like family.

I just want to thank the whole team for how they treated my aunt. There are certainly things that could be improved, but the way they treated her during her stay was exceptional. I am changing my previous review due to the decline this care home has taken. I give 5 stars to many of the staff who have cared for my mother over the years, but in recent months the quality of care has dropped significantly, with some deplorable incidents of neglect, such as leaving a completely dependent resident in bed without breakfast at 11 a.m. It is clear that more staff are needed. Although the staff are doing their best, they are insufficient; there are too few of them, and the residents' needs cannot be adequately met. If we add to this precarious situation some restrictive (and, in our opinion, inconsistent) management decisions regarding access for family members who helped my mother, we have been forced to move to a different care home. At the new one, we have observed admirable professionalism, as well as 24-hour medical and nursing services, something Novoescorial lacks, which necessitates avoidable hospital admissions. Given your current situation, Beatriz, these restrictive measures, pulled out of thin air and conveniently presented as recommendations from your legal team, didn't help us at all. They masked the reality: they were trying to prevent people from entering who might expose your shortcomings. Many thanks to those wonderful assistants who, in addition to doing their jobs well, do so with empathy and care. And to Novoescorial for all the good they did; in our opinion, they are now sadly losing it.

I'm Gregorio, Zoila's son. I wanted to thank Betrid for the attention she gave my mother and especially the whole team. They are professionals, but they need staff. The people there are working their tails off.
