Unfortunately, my experience at this care home has been disappointing. The care provided to residents leaves much to be desired: on several occasions, I observed a lack of supervision and very slow response times when residents needed assistance. The quality of the food is also inadequate. Portions are often small, unbalanced, and, in some cases, served cold. This is especially concerning given that the residents are elderly and require proper nutrition. I absolutely do not recommend it.

We moved my mother in a couple of months ago, and I have nothing but praise for this residence. The staff are attentive and friendly, the medical care is excellent, and the food is high quality (my mother was very thin when she arrived and has already gained over 4 kg). Furthermore, the facilities are spacious and bright; it feels like a hotel. Highly recommended!

I stand by everything I wrote in a previous review. Good room service. Inedible food and medication errors. On two occasions, they gave me other residents' medication, although I noticed and avoided the risk. A couple of times they didn't even give it to me. Very high price. Very poor value for money.

For the past five years, my parents have lived in this residence. I have nothing but praise for the care they received from the entire team of professionals at this facility. I highly recommend this residence to anyone who loves their loved ones and wants the best possible care for them.

Not just bad, but worse. Complaints about the food and medication errors were never resolved, not even when addressed to the Director General of Healthcare Services. The medical service is appalling. No one takes responsibility for anything there, and they all cover for each other. We experienced three changes in management, and everything remained the same. A complete disappointment.
