    My mother passed away on January 8th, and it wasn't until today, the 17th, that anyone bothered to offer their condolences. I was happy with Dr. Alba, but not with the doctor on call on December 25th. That afternoon, my mother's condition worsened considerably, and he refused to see her because he had already seen her that morning. The following day, my mother was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia, in addition to severe anemia. The nursing assistants on the second floor were incredibly kind and caring, and I will always be grateful to them.

    My mother has been a resident at Nogales Imperial for just over a month. In this short time, her mobility has improved considerably (she had been hospitalized for several months and unable to take a step). The care provided to residents is exceptional; the food is delicious and plentiful, and the atmosphere is warm and caring. I am very grateful to all the staff at the residence and especially to all the workers on the first floor of Nieva (who require assistance). Their dedication and compassion are invaluable. Thank you all.

    One of the worst care homes I've ever seen. The food is subpar, and there's a staff shortage. Among the staff, it's a mixed bag; some are friendly and professional, others—perhaps too many—have zero empathy. The elevators take forever, and get this: My relative had an appointment at the clinic, and they assigned us an aide to accompany us. Time passed, and he didn't arrive. They called his cell phone, and he said he was on his way. In the end, to avoid missing our appointment, we went alone without the aide. The same thing happened a second time, but worse; again, he didn't arrive, they called him, and he said he thought "it wasn't for that day." Again, we went alone in the end. I can't give it a high rating, I'm sorry.

    Now that my mother has passed away on the 8th, I want to thank all the nursing assistants in general, and in particular the supervisors and assistants on the second floor of Imperial, for the wonderful care they give their residents with affection and great humanity. However, I cannot say the same about the doctor on duty on Christmas Day. My mother became ill in the afternoon, fainting, and when we called him, he said he had already seen her that morning. What do you call negligence? A lack of humanity? The next day, my mother was admitted with severe pneumonia. Furthermore, although the relationship with her roommate was never good, we never complained for fear that my mother would be moved to a different room, with all the problems that could cause her after five years. Moreover, to this day, the administration has not even called to offer their condolences. In short, no comment. We will, however, say a thousand times thank you to the nursing assistants on the second floor of Imperial. We will always be grateful because, even with very limited staff, you never hesitate to give your all to the residents. Thank you so much.
