I'm only giving two crosses. My mother was there for two years. The worst part was when she'd get large bruises and they wouldn't give any explanation. It's quite distressing to go home not knowing what will happen the next day. The units where the dependent people are housed are depressing. On the positive side, some of the staff. I wanted to thank Trini, Reina Christian, Ruth, and Jan at reception. They made these two years more bearable. I advise family members to complain, and complain. And if they don't, just give them the complaints book.

My grandfather was admitted after surgery, completely independent, to recover there for a few months. The following week, we began to notice that he had stopped walking. They weren't doing rehabilitation, he was covered in gauze for wounds that they couldn't tell us how to do. He began to lose his mind and say nonsense. In just over a month, they had to admit him and diagnosed him with severe malnutrition, among other things, legs covered in wounds. He had swallowed his dentures, and they were stuck in his pharynx, something that none of the staff members noticed for days. This nursing home has been his sentence, and here we are watching his life hang in the balance because of this nursing home and its inhumane workers (not all of them). DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO REGRET IT!!!

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it a zero. HORRIBLE!!!! My father walked into the nursing home to recover for three months and came out in a wheelchair, malnourished with bruises on his legs, and straight to the hospital. I don't recommend it to anyone, and I don't want any family to go through the ordeal we went through and continue to endure after their time in that BUSINESS, because it can't be called anything else. It's pathetic and shameful that these centers are being subsidized with our taxes.

Very upset with this nursing home. My father-in-law went to the nursing home for surgery, completely independent, and ended up malnourished, unable to walk, and hospitalized with no hope of improvement. If they're not fit to care for our elderly, they should close down!
