My father has been a day center user, and the care he's received from all the staff has been wonderful. He couldn't even walk, but he's made a huge functional recovery. My father was also reluctant to go and very difficult in terms of behavior. The compassionate care and patience of the professionals are impressive. The place is clean, tidy, welcoming, and accessible. It's not overcrowded and has all the necessary services. My father complained a lot about the food, but the truth is that the menus were quite good, adapted, and varied. As soon as possible and there's an opening, he'll probably be a resident soon.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire nursing home and, especially, to the staff who care for their seniors with such dedication. During my grandfather's stay, we felt supported, listened to, and at peace, knowing he was in the hands of people who not only do their job, but do so with care, patience, and respect. The close and caring treatment of each professional has made a difference: from those who cared for him daily to those who cared for the small details that made him feel at home. It is very comforting to see how the dignity of each resident is valued and respected. Thank you for the care, warmth, and love with which you work. We have had a very positive experience and the peace of mind of knowing that my grandfather was surrounded by affection and love.

My grandmother Pilar has been at the Los Llanos Vithal nursing home for approximately a year and a half. She entered the home walking, with a cane, and within a few weeks, she needed a walker. The last three months have been a true nightmare: she ended up completely bedridden, unable to move, with a level of physical and emotional deterioration that should never have been allowed. During this time, she has suffered repeated severe dehydration, multiple infections, infected bedsores due to poor hygiene, and extremely serious injuries caused by falls within the facility. In one of the most recent episodes, she suffered an open wound on her face, with profuse bleeding, as well as another significant injury to her leg whose cause could not even be explained. The lack of supervision, internal disorganization, the absence of prevention protocols, and the neglect of medical care have put her life at risk. They literally almost killed her. We have reported these situations in writing and verbally on multiple occasions. Although the center's management team has shown a willingness to cooperate in addressing the situation, we have been forced to transfer my grandmother to another nursing home because we no longer trust that Los Llanos is a suitable or safe environment for her. I do not recommend this nursing home to anyone. Neither for dependent nor independent individuals. Once the resident loses autonomy, care becomes a chain of neglect. Anyone who values the health, dignity, and well-being of their elders should think carefully before placing their trust in this facility.

The driver of that orange van is crazy. He drives like a maniac on residential roads. It's not just a one-off thing; he always drives really fast past my house. One day there's going to be a scare and then tears.
