I want to thank all the staff at the Virgen de la Esperanza residence for their dedication to our elderly residents. My mother lived there for five years and recently passed away, and I will never forget their care, kindness, patience, and the wonderful activities they organized to keep the residents engaged. We needed a place for my mother, and being able to get into this nursing home was a stroke of luck. It's been four months now, and I'm sharing our positive experience to help other families struggling with the difficult situation of looking for a home. From the very beginning, the treatment was very friendly, and it really shows. My mother is very happy and very well cared for. Thanks to physical therapy, occupational therapy, activities, and walks, her mobility and mood have greatly improved. We thank the entire staff for their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness.

It's a very family-oriented residence, as we saw these past few days with the visit from the Three Kings, which both residents and their families enjoyed. The care team is always attentive to our needs. We can only say that we are very happy with the treatment and care we receive.

Last Sunday, I spent the afternoon at the nursing home visiting my grandmother. I hadn't seen her in a while, and I really wanted to chat with her and see how she was doing. I really liked the nursing home. The facilities are very well maintained and clean.
