It's shameful how they neglect dependent people. When family members visit, if you don't ask, they don't tell you how their grandmother's day went, if she ate, etc. My grandmother went several days without food or water, and they didn't tell us until we saw she was very weak and asked (how can someone be in that condition and they be so indifferent?). They wait until the last minute to call medical services. Furthermore, she has a wound on her buttocks that we discovered at the hospital, and they didn't tell us about it until we arrived at the hospital, when the nurses saw it and told us. I hope they have a good explanation for all of this and that it doesn't happen again to anyone else, because with my grandmother, it was too late.

The entire staff at the care home has been wonderful and caring. My grandmother is delighted; she eats wonderfully, is entertained, cared for, and looked after all day long—she's happy. Thank you to the whole team for being so wonderful and for taking such good care of her and giving her so much love.

My relative has been a resident for two and a half years now, and most importantly, he's happy. When neighbors and family ask him about his stay, he always replies, "Very well." In my opinion, it's a center with a family atmosphere, where we visitors can interact with the staff, the caregivers, and the other residents. The treatment I observe is very warm and caring. Many leisure activities are organized, in which the residents participate to the best of their abilities. I'm happy too.

Excellent service, wonderful food, and a small garden where residents can enjoy some fresh air. Without a doubt, a great residence that I would recommend to friends without hesitation. The caregivers are lovely. Very welcoming and family-friendly.
