Opiniones

The staff treats residents with excellent quality. The reception staff is worthy of a hat, always attentive to their workload, a 10/10.

The Foundation has excellent professionals. At first glance, the building seems dated, but it's well-adapted to the needs of its residents, and it's spacious, giving it a grandeur reminiscent of bygone eras. The rooms are private, which I was very pleased about as we were just emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic. I enjoyed it for almost a year with my mother, and I regret that she didn't enjoy it more fully, but she was very well cared for. I'm grateful to all the departments—reception, cleaning, food service, support staff, doctors, nurses, educational psychologist, and administration—everyone treated us with kindness and love. If you read this, please accept a big hug.

The staff are wonderful and feed our elderly residents. They helped me feed my grandmother until the very end. If it were up to them, I'd give it a 5. The facilities are grim and dilapidated, making you feel like you're in a place close to death. It used to be a prison where Miguel Hernández died. The rooms are small and furnished with old furniture. You feel like crying every time you leave that building.

I'd like to mention that my mother spent her last years there and was very happy. The treatment in every aspect was impeccable; they were always understanding and always tried to make her days more enjoyable with theater, workshops, discussions, movies, Christmas parties... I want to thank all the staff for doing their jobs so well and for being such good people, because true affection and care come not from the job itself, but from the person. Thank you so much!

Great residence, I belong to a volunteer group that goes to keep them company every Friday, they have a great time, I know that other groups also go the rest of the week, the ladies are always well accompanied and the staff are lovely both with them and with the visitors.
