DomusVi Espartales destaca por su equipo de cuidadores altamente dedicado y atento, con profesionales como Charo, Nela y Sandra que generan una atención personalizada y afectuosa hacia los residentes y sus familias. Sin embargo, la residencia presenta desafíos importantes: las instalaciones son antiguas y requieren una renovación significativa, y existe un problema documentado de convivencia con al menos un residente que ha generado situaciones incómodas para otros hospedados en el centro.

Hello, my mother has been in this residence until today. I must thank the staff for how well they treated her. I'd like to mention Charo, who was always looking after my mother, and Sandra, who, although I didn't know her well, seems like a very good person and very affectionate with my mother. At reception, thank you to Pedro for your smile and kindness; you're the best. And thank you to Ainara and Toñi. Verónica, thank you also for your patience. We left with tears in our eyes, but now we have my mother closer. Thanks also to the social worker, although we didn't know her well, she was very kind, and to the doctors. The residence needs a major renovation as the facilities are very old. But the staff are very dedicated. Thank you to everyone, and to those who aren't here, Adrián and Dani are the best. A big kiss to the team. Thank you for taking care of my parents.

I'm so happy with the care my grandmother has received these past few months. The entire team of caregivers is wonderful, and they've always been incredibly helpful in answering all of my father's and my questions and concerns. I especially want to highlight Nela's kindness; from the very beginning, she's been patient and caring with us. Thank you so much!

My grandparents are having problems with a resident named Cecilia. The mildest thing we've heard about her is that she yells at them during mealtimes, and they've been dealing with this for some time now. From what my grandparents tell us, she lives at the very top of the building. We're giving her a bad review for this reason; we don't want our grandparents to have to endure these kinds of situations with this woman. They don't deserve to be treated like this.

We are so grateful for the love and care our mother has received. A big hug to all the staff at the residence, especially those on the first floor in the morning, who are great professionals. To our afternoon kids, Maria, Nela, and Yeshua, for all their love and care. To all the residents, Raquel and her night companion, such attentive people and great caregivers. To the management, reception, nurses, and Miguel. And to the doctor who replaced him on vacation. To everyone, linen, cleaning, and much more. A huge hug. We will go and thank you when we recover a little.
