My father has passed away, and I want to thank the staff who cared for him for their constant, attentive, and loving treatment. Among others, I want to thank Jorge for his helpfulness, Oscar for always being there, M. Jesus who was the life of the party, Carmen for her affection, Paula for her kindness, and even earlier, Dunia. I remember them all fondly because they made my father's final days much easier. I also want to thank Susana, whose sweetness and warmth made his last night more bearable. And of course, Feli, Juani, Maribel, Ana—in short, everyone, although there are several whose names I've forgotten. You were like family to him, and it's so important that you receive excellent care so you can continue caring for our elderly.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at the day center. Mercedes, Carmen, Pablo, everyone... they have always treated my father with kindness and respect. And their treatment of us, his daughters, has been wonderful and warm. There are also some of the residents who sometimes come to the day center, and we have felt the same affection for my father. We are very grateful.

The treatment of the elderly leaves much to be desired. When someone falls, you have to go and alert them. The quality of care has steadily declined in recent years, and it seems their only concern is cutting costs.
