Opiniones

My father is with them. I can only say good things! They are kind, loving, helpful with everything, and always courteous. We couldn't be happier because they are always attentive to my every need. Good cleaning, good food, well cared for. In short, wonderful. I would choose this residence a thousand times over for my father. It's the closest thing to a home. Thank you to all the staff. All my love to you.

Awful. My mother was taken to the hospital dehydrated... she arrived practically dead... and died 48 hours later. And then they had the nerve to tell me they had treated and hydrated her... What utter helplessness and how unprotected we families are with these institutions that are paid by the public and therefore protected. Now you're deleting my review, as you always do. I don't know how you can live like nothing happened.

Professional nursing home tailored to the care of seniors in the 21st century. They care for, protect, encourage, and love their patients. They offer a special advantage compared to other nursing homes in Alcalá de Henares. Personalized attention and specific care are provided for each and every senior. The nursing home also has enough space to walk and be comfortable.

My grandmother is distressed; she's having problems with one of the residents named Cecilia. This woman pushes her or yells at her during mealtimes, and this has been going on for some time. We only know about this woman from what my grandmother tells us—that she lives at the very top of the building. We're giving this a bad review for this reason; this woman shouldn't be allowed to treat people this way.

I want to publicly thank this amazing team at this place. Thank you for how you treated my father. Thank you for his medical care. Thank you for your assistants. Thank you to the wonderful director who does everything in her power. Thank you to the people who greet you at admissions. And to the cook who does it with so much love. Thank you to the cleaning and cafeteria staff. Thank you so much.
