Thank you, thank you, thank you. We can only say that the experience with our grandfather has been outstanding. From the initial attention given by Carla, the director, and Lola, the social worker, to the rest of the staff—caretakers, doctor, nurse, therapists, etc., and reception—everything has been wonderful. In these past few months, we have witnessed firsthand the improvement that most of the residents experience upon entering this care home. We sincerely thank you for the care and dedication shown. Honestly, our time at this center was terrible from day one. The social worker, Andrea, was very ineffective, and the managers lacked charisma, sometimes making decisions without consulting the administration. The facilities, considering the price, should be much better. It was a huge disappointment, especially since it's part of the Sanitas group. The food was very repetitive, the assistants were professional, and regarding the director, Carla, I must say that in the last few days she showed her more humane and understanding side. On the day we left, she was very approachable and made sure everything was alright. A few days after we moved to another center, she called to check on my mother, which was much appreciated. I think there were quite a few blunders, a lack of information, and some poorly implemented changes.
