Quiero agradecer y felicitar a todos el equipo que forman parte de años dorados. Mi madre lleva 3 años en los cuales ni un solo día he visto a mi madre desatendidas. Las instalaciones están limpias he incluso se están haciendo mejoras para la comodidad de residentes y familiares. Lo que más me gusta que es muy famiar. Gracias por cuidar de mi madre con tanto cariño.

Grateful is an understatement. ❤️ My brother and I only have positive things to say. First, we want to thank Iñigo and Miriam (with your permission, I'll mention you both) for their kindness, and also the entire team that is caring for and attending to them. They are always attentive, keeping the family informed and helping them, and in this case, my father. From day one, they have treated him with kindness, made him laugh, and brought out his fun side by chatting with him. Even when he had the misfortune of being hospitalized several times due to his condition, the director and the team leader came to see him and offer their support! What makes us happiest is that when my father saw them, he smiled and even spoke a little because he has fond memories of them. That says a lot about them as professionals and even more so as people. Although we haven't been here long, all I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU! For taking care of him and all the other elderly people who deserve our utmost respect! They are the best generation that has ever existed! 😘😘

I can't give it a lower rating because I can't. My mother was there for a while. The facilities are depressing from the moment you walk in. You never speak to the director; you always talk to the nurse on duty, from the very first day you sign the admission papers. Since it was the most affordable option, and life didn't allow for better choices, we admitted her there. To begin with, they tell you they have a physiotherapist, but it's just one person who comes in and does a few exercises with them. They don't have adequate facilities or the necessary equipment. Then, every time I called my mother, there was always a caregiver yelling rudely at one of the patients. Even my mother, who was conscious and oriented, told me that one of them was speaking badly to her. On two occasions during her stay, the elevator broke down. The first time, they were on the ground floor until eleven at night waiting for it to be fixed. The second time, according to one of the center's employees, the elevator wasn't repaired all night. Those who could manage got up the stairs, and the rest slept on chairs, with some mattresses brought down. I obviously filed a complaint, but the Madrid regional government, since she was admitted individually and not because of the assistance they provide, decided to dismiss the complaint and require me to complete further paperwork. Besides, the heating is terrible. If you arrive late without prior notice, instead of heating the rooms beforehand, they only heat them when they start using them, and it gets very cold. This also happened when they went up to sleep. My mother told me the food left much to be desired. In short, if you can, don't take your relatives to this residence.
