This residence has very bad reviews, and they're not wrong. The treatment of the residents is appalling. Everyone knows it. The Community of Madrid should do something about it. We've experienced some very unpleasant situations, and the testimonials in the reviews are simply heartbreaking.

The way they treat patients is shameful. They don't know what medication these patients are taking and they don't bother to find out about their care. She had to come to the hospital after being unable to move for 24 hours, and they had her lying in bed there, telling her to wait for a doctor to see her. I hope her family members are never the ones inside.

A disgraceful nursing home. My grandfather was admitted with Alzheimer's, according to them, as specialists. He came in talking, eating, and walking, and two months later, he stopped doing anything. We found ourselves with bumps all over his body, including once a huge bump on his head, according to them because he had gotten up, and my grandfather didn't even have the strength to get up, according to the doctor himself. One day I arrived at the nursing home and my grandfather wouldn't wake up. I had to take him to the nursing home doctor, and no one knew how long this had been going on. They had to refer him to the hospital because he was sick. If I hadn't gone, would no one have noticed? And many other things like this. The assistants don't last long, and that speaks volumes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

My father-in-law was admitted to this nursing home, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The facility is wonderful, but the reality is that the care is poor, and especially the ward for people with Alzheimer's or similar conditions is a disgrace.
