My father, at 90 years old, spent just under two months in this care home following a very serious operation, until we had to move him to another facility due to logistical issues. During this time, the experience was wonderful. The treatment he received from the entire team was excellent. Very personal and attentive, with great care and care. Eddny, Felicia, Blanca, Víctor, Ana, and so many others whose names I can't recall, all have my utmost respect. It was his first time in a care home, as he had always lived at home with his wife, and everything went very well. He arrived in a very poor state and left fully recovered, considering his age, and thanking everyone. Mial Salud team, keep up the good work!

Personalized service? Almost. All the staff treat the residents with a very personal, direct, cordial, and friendly attitude. You get the feeling they're there solely for your loved one. The facilities are clean and very well maintained. The food is varied and selected each month by a committee that any resident's family member can join upon request.
