Very happy with the treatment I received. Excellent in terms of healthcare: wound care, blood sugar and blood pressure monitoring, etc. The room and bed linens were also very clean. They taught me how to eat—not excessive portions (I could have seconds), but varied. And the food was very good. I recommend them to people who have had surgery, who, like me, are alone and have everything taken care of, so they don't have to worry about anything.

My experience has been very positive. My mother was admitted for post-operative recovery. The goal was for her to recuperate and rehabilitate in a place where she would be monitored and supported. She has been delighted with the staff at the residence, as well as the rehabilitation team. In fact, in less than two weeks, she was ready to return home. There is a great deal of care and professionalism among the people who work there. The residence, in general, is pleasant, attractive, and well-located. Perhaps a greater number of single rooms with private bathrooms would be welcome, and of course, a lower price, but this is common in all these types of residences nowadays. In any case, they have kept their word; they only billed for the time she was there, and the treatment was excellent. If the need arises again, she herself is certain she will return.

Our mother has been living in this "big house" for almost two years now, and I say "house" because that's how she feels, and how we feel. She was admitted to the ward for post-operative patients with chronic medical and pharmacological needs, and she has steadily improved in quality of life, health (it was impossible to manage her medications and diet at home due to her strong personality), and temperament. It's true that one of us visits her every day, morning and afternoon, and we can attest to this. The ward staff, the medical and physiotherapy care, the management, the excellent food, and the access control measures are all effective, and it shows. Thank you to everyone on this team; I didn't want to leave anyone out, so I'm doing it here.

I'd like to give special mention to most of the caregivers for the care they show my mother, and to the cleaning staff, whose kindness is evident even though it's not their job. My opinion of the food and cleanliness is quite good. The third floor could be improved, as the residents there have cognitive impairments and are unable to move around, so they spend most of their time sitting in chairs in the dining room. They should be able to rest in armchairs for part of the day.

I am delighted with the care my grandmother received during her recent hip rehabilitation stay. I am very grateful to the entire center for their compassionate and professional attention. I felt completely at ease, knowing she was in a safe and well-cared-for place.
