    I can provide photographic evidence that I'm referring to their "residence"—they can't lie to people. I want to express our deep concern and frustration with the care my father received during his stay at this facility. We experienced numerous situations that severely impacted his well-being and caused our family great distress. Since his admission, we have witnessed a series of incidents that call into question the quality of care and the safety that should be guaranteed to all residents: 1. Repeated hospital transfers and lack of clear information My father had to be transferred to the Rey Juan Carlos University Hospital in Móstoles on three separate occasions. The first time, after a fall that resulted in a head wound—considered "minor" by the facility despite my father taking Sintrom (a drug known as warfarin)—tests were performed at the hospital, revealing hyponatremia. This situation persisted until late into the night. Upon his return to the center, he had to wait in the ambulance for about an hour, as there was no one available at reception to open the doors. The following day, he was transferred again due to low blood pressure and low oxygen saturation. It was we, his family, who noticed that his condition was not normal and requested his transfer. At the hospital, they detected two rib fractures that, we were told, had been present for some time. This series of events highlights a possible lack of coordination, staff shortages, or inadequate management of his medical situation, without us having received any clear explanations. 2. Serious deficiencies in hygiene and personal care Lack of spare towels. Food scraps in common areas. Lack of spare towels. Clothing being exchanged between residents, despite being labeled with their names. Loss of shoes and glasses. The overall cleanliness has been poor, with strong urine odors and stains in common areas and on walls, all of which indicate a neglect of basic facility maintenance. 3. Broken and Dangerous Equipment Several slats of my father's bed frame were on the floor. The electrical panel door was open, posing an obvious risk of electrocution. The stairs were easily accessible and unsupervised, which poses a serious danger to people with cognitive impairment. 4. Pest Infestation Cockroaches were found in my father's room, even emerging from the closet. Although we were informed of a supposed fumigation, we saw the insects again a few days later. I have attached photos as proof. 5. Security Issues The coded doors were in poor condition. I had to personally write to the center to request their repair, which was even appreciated by the staff. The stairwell doors were open. I know for a fact that the center, its management, and the support staff are aware of this significant danger, the risks involved, and the responsibility that comes with having no control whatsoever. Residents with cognitive impairment are wandering unsupervised, entering elevators and unauthorized areas, which clearly demonstrates a lack of oversight and security. All of the above is absolutely unacceptable and, unfortunately, has caused deep distress and concern within our family. We firmly believe that our elderly relatives deserve dignified, professional, and safe treatment, and we consider that these conditions not only violate this principle but also pose a direct risk to the health and well-being of the residents.

    This is the first time I've written a review, but I feel compelled to do so. My experience at this facility has been extremely negative and deeply troubling. From the very first moment, a lack of organization, care, and proper supervision was evident. During my father's stay, serious errors occurred in the medical management. The attending physician displayed an attitude more focused on persuasion and maintaining a positive image than on conducting a rigorous clinical assessment. The constant feeling was that rhetoric and affability took precedence over medical judgment and genuine patient care. As a result of poor decisions, my father was given medication inappropriate for his condition, which left him completely incapacitated. He spent five days unable to move while his nervous system recovered from the effects, in an environment utterly unsuitable for someone in his situation, sharing space with residents with severe disorders. It was an inhumane and traumatic experience. During those same days, my 85-year-old father was neither bathed nor properly cared for. Upon returning from a business trip, I found him unwashed, with unkempt hair and beard, and a strong body odor. This neglect led to a severe urinary tract infection that nearly cost him his life. When I asked for an explanation, both the medical staff and the ward manager adopted a defensive and unprofessional attitude, even questioning the facts instead of taking responsibility or showing empathy. The cost of the facility exceeds €2,300 per month, an absolutely unjustifiable amount considering the care he received and the risk to which my father was exposed. What is most worrying is that other family members I spoke with recounted very similar experiences, demonstrating that this is not an isolated incident, but a structural problem within the facility. The final feeling is one of helplessness, outrage, and utter disappointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values ​​the dignity, care, and safety of their elderly relatives.     I can only express a huge THANK YOU. Our mother, Ángela Alcázar, who had Alzheimer's, was at Casaverde for a year, and we couldn't have imagined how happy and comfortable she would feel with all the staff who cared for her during that time. From the person who helped her get up, bathed, and dressed each morning, to those who prepared her meals in the dining room, those who did arts and crafts or music activities with her, those who provided psychological support, the doctor who treated her and performed her checkups, the social worker who monitored her progress and kept us promptly informed of any developments, the reception staff who knew all four of us siblings and always greeted us with exceptional kindness and a warm smile... You are truly wonderful, every single one of you. We are completely at peace knowing that my mother passed away feeling right at home. The proof is that every single weekend he would see us and always say the same thing: "I don't want to go home, I'm so happy here and the food is delicious." A big hug to the whole team from our family. Thank you for doing such a difficult and delicate job so well.

    The experience was awful. They force you to leave a €150 deposit, of which you don't see a single euro when your loved one leaves. On the contrary, you have to keep paying for things they exploit with underhanded tactics and deception, taking advantage of vulnerable people. Be very careful with these people. The facilities, such as the rooms, leave much to be desired, and the food is terrible. However, some members of the staff were kind.

    My grandmother, who passed away two months ago, was always well cared for by the caregivers, therapists, doctor, and of course, my mother, who visited her every day. The director was always available to listen and resolve any issues that arose, and we are truly grateful for that. It's a residence that keeps the residents entertained. They organize outings, therapy sessions with dogs, birthday parties, and all sorts of activities to cheer them up and keep them happy. It's important to understand that it's very hard work, and we need to have empathy and help the caregivers in any way we can, as they are ultimately your eyes and ears when you're not with your loved one. That has been our motto, and it has served us well. We sincerely thank everyone for the care my grandmother received during all the years she was there.
