I've had a relative in the nursing home for several years. Recently, the conditions of the residence have changed considerably. Cleaning is noticeably more thorough and efficient. Previously, there was a problem with lost clothing, but they finally discovered the problem. It turns out the label was falling off, and now they're looking for a way to solve it. The organization of cleaning maintenance, replacement of bed and bath linens, and other services indicate that there have been changes in the management staff, and I feel happier and more satisfied with the work done. My family also sees this and tells me about this improvement. These current conditions and my relative's good condition are priceless to me.

We're still waiting for the incredibly busy social worker to contact us to let us know if there are any temporary stays available from Monday, November 3rd. No one else is able to provide this information, even after visiting the residence in person. You have to call a number answered by the same gentleman you saw at reception, who very politely tells you that the social worker is very busy. Thank you.

We discovered this care home when we took my grandmother there, and we're impressed by the cleanliness and the excellent care the residents receive. The staff is very professional.

A friend's job was her worst experience. In terms of camaraderie, the older employees take advantage of the newer ones and bully them. There's a lot of gossip among coworkers, and some forget they're cleaning ladies and think they're lawyers.

I don't know where to begin, but I want to warn you. This nursing home is unprofessional. They took advantage of a resident's departure to the hospital to die to steal her sentimental jewelry and cash. Now they're not taking any responsibility, saying someone must have done it, but they don't know who... They even told me it was the resident's fault for wearing earrings and a watch. Unbelievable. If you want opinions on the food: terrible. The atmosphere: depressing. The facilities are just okay, not bad, but I think my first comment makes it clear: run away from here.
