Ballesol Pasillo Verde presenta una experiencia muy polarizada según las opiniones de los usuarios. Mientras algunos destacan positivamente el trabajo del equipo profesional (fisioterapeutas, psicólogos y trabajadores sociales) y la calidez en la atención individual, otros reportan serios problemas de gestión, mantenimiento deficiente, falta de supervisión, medicaciones incorrectas y un ambiente poco acogedor que sugiere desorganización y falta de humanidad en el trato. I had a relative in this care home, and the only good thing was the wonderful physiotherapist, Silvia. The rest was a disgrace. The food was awful. The elevators broke down and went several days without being fixed. It was extremely overcrowded. There was no supervision on the floors, despite there being a room with a sign indicating it. There was never anyone there. More than once, they gave my relative a pill that wasn't meant for her. The photos on the website should be updated because they don't reflect the current state of the care home.

We would especially like to highlight the work of the social workers and the psychologist, as they provide excellent emotional support along with activities designed to stimulate and entertain. We also greatly appreciate the approachability and availability of the management team, which gives us a great deal of confidence and peace of mind.

I went to visit a relative, and the entire staff treated the residents I saw very warmly. I have to give a shout-out to Natalia at reception. I waited there for a few minutes and was fascinated to see how lovingly and patiently she treated all the residents who approached her for conversation, of course, while still paying attention to the door (a big responsibility) and the phone. She's a great professional, and her expertise is essential for working in a nursing home.

I went to the Ballesol Green Corridor Residence in Madrid to inquire about it because I want to bring my mother to live in the city, since she lives in Seville. We had an appointment, but even so, they kept us waiting for more than 30 minutes at the reception desk while we listened to laughter and conversations inside an office belonging to the same people who later served us. Very little seriousness or professionalism. When we finally did see us, the visit was quick and uninteresting. The most worrying thing was seeing the residents sitting in chairs, without any attention or activities, in a sad and unwelcoming environment. The overall impression was one of poor management and a total lack of humane treatment. I certainly would not recommend this center to anyone looking for a decent, caring place for their elderly.
