La Asociación Amigos de la 3ª Edad El Concejo recibe elogios unánimes de sus usuarios, quienes destacan especialmente el cuidado altruista, la empatía del personal y las hermanas que trabajan allí, así como la limpieza y la oferta de actividades físicas y cognitivas. Los residentes y sus familias valoran el ambiente familiar y el trato amoroso que reciben los mayores, aunque se señala que la demanda es alta y sería beneficioso que las autoridades locales amplíen las instalaciones para atender mejor a la comunidad.
